Ca L'Almiral is a luxuriously restored 16th Century mansion situated just south of Barcelona, set on a hill with stunning views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. The estate grounds include 300 acres of vineyards, orchards and farmland, with a locally used road running just below the house and 14km of private tracks. The house has been completely renovated to a very high standard, yet preserving the original structure and retaining countless period details. Well-planned accommodation offers spacious and adaptable luxury living, with each room full of design surprises, from open-plan bathrooms to the dramatic modern art adorning the walls. The house is surrounded by a large courtyard, with a superb covered Moroccan lounge area and summer kitchen with barbecue. There is an 18m x 6m solar-heated infinity swimming pool with separate children's pool and Jacuzzi/hot tub that has stunning views of the valley below. There is also a separate cottage for five extra people available on request.

Ca L'Almiral Accommodations

Ground Floor:
• Several living areas one of which is the fireplace lounge, with a central Scandinavian fire.
• Children's playroom/TV room.
• Dining room has three dining tables seating 24, served by a very well equipped kitchen.
Cellars:
• Converted into home cinema with surround sound, a snooker table and bar.
First Floor:
• Three suites and three bedrooms.
Second Floor:
• Further suite (air-conditioned) and a final bedroom.
• The eight bedrooms are all en-suite, with four suites also having separate sitting rooms with sofa beds.

Staff
Maid service included six days a week. Babysitting, catering and laundry available from May to October on request. Horse riding, sailing and gastronomic adventures can be arranged.

Distances
Sitges 10 mins drive, Barcelona 25 mins.

Maximum 16 + 8 guests, separate cottage for 5 on request
