This grand property lies in a peaceful situation amongst 30.000 sqm of private land. The village of Arta is three kms away and many beaches as well as three well known golf courses can be reached in a very short time. The house is built in the style of a Mexican hacienda , with the rooms centred around a large patio. From this patio one can reach all the four double bedrooms. The interior design is contemporary, luxurious and most importantly also comfortable. The whole house is surrounded by terraces connecting the open barbeque kitchen and the pergola (covered sitting area). The house has fantastic views to Arta and the sea in the distance .The pool is situated away from the house and is very private (5m x 20m). Bellavista has under floor heating making this a perfect rental home for early and late in the season.
