Casa Binisalem is a delightful old finca situated in the heart of the Majorcan countryside. It’s an ideal property for families with its spacious gardens, play area and resident horses. There are dining terraces to the front and side and a back terrace leading to the swimming pool (12m x 5m) with various sitting areas and wrought iron sun loungers. The garden can be lit up at night and other facilities include a football net, badminton net, table tennis, full size tennis court and barbecue. The interiors have been tastefully restored with terracotta tiled floors downstairs, wonderful wooden floors on the first floor, wood beams and the property has excellent facilities for guests to use such as Bang and Olufsen TV, a safe and sound system with speakers on the rear terrace/garden.

Ground Floor:
• Hallway, small living room with doors to front and side terraces, office.
• Guest WC, dining room seating ten with door to terrace.
• Well equipped kitchen with laundry and doors to outside terrace.
• Shower room with WC.
• Separate large living room across internal courtyard with two fireplaces, widescreen TV and doors to rear terrace.
First Floor:
• Double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
• Two double bedrooms, sharing a bathroom with large shower.
• Twin bedroom with private terrace.
• Self-contained apartment with steps down to garden and twin bedroom with en suite shower room.

Staff
Maid service included four hours a day, twice a week.

Binisalem (supermarkets) five mins, Palma airport 30 mins drive.
