Built in traditional Majorcan style, the house sits in grounds of six acres within a protected zone of exceptional calm and beauty and surrounded by a beautiful 2000 sqm garden. The house is built around around a central courtyard (100sqm), ideal for dining if it is slightly windy. The guests’ wing on the left has three twins and a single bedroom with their bathrooms. The twins all have direct access to the garden or a terrace and share a living room with a separate external entrance. The other wing boasts the dining hall, main living room, kitchen and on the first floor the master bedroom with its en suite bathroom. The property is well equipped with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, fitness equipment in the pool house, four open fire places and under floor heating should it be necessary for low season rentals. The property also boasts high-speed Internet access.

East Wing – Ground Level

• Living room with open fireplace and satellite TV and radio.
First Floor:
• Stunning master bedroom with en suite screened bathroom with his and hers sinks, shower and WC.
• Owner’s study that remains locked to guests.
Staff
Daily maid service for fours hours a day except Sundays. Breakfast is available at an extra charge.

Arta 2kms, San Lorenzo 10kms, Palma airport 60kms, different pristine beaches of Caribbean quality and 4 challenging golf courses within 15 minutes' drive.
