Rustic and charming, Eu Romani is a newly built Majorcan stone house situated near the Pollensa Golf course. Whilst quite simply furnished, Eu Romani would be ideal for a family holiday with its spacious garden and interiors and close proximity to the amenities of Pollensa and the surrounding beaches. There are distant views over the Bay of Pollensa and the garden is impressively landscaped including a variety of plants, olive and cypress trees, that lead down to the 12.5m x 5.5 m swimming pool and a delightful terrace, ideal for outdoor dining.

Eu Romani Accommodations

Ground Floor:
• Entrance hall, cloakroom, living room with fireplace and French doors to covered dining area.
• Dining room with doors to covered dining area.
• Well equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer.
• On a split level from living room (three steps up) is the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
First Floor:
• On left side of staircase, the second master double bedroom with en suite shower and access to large balcony.
• On right side of staircase, three twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two of the bedrooms with balcony access.

Staff
Maid service included five days a week. Cooking occasionally on request.

Distances
Palma airport 50 mins drive, Golf de Pollensa 2 mins, Pollensa/nearest supermarket 10 mins.
