Rosalejo is a stunning villa, lovingly restored by its owners and nestling in 150 acres of private tranquil grounds, only a stone’s throw from the attractions of the southern Spanish coast. The accommodation is divided over two sections, with each half benefiting its own swimming pool, facilities, and terraces, making it perfect for a large group or family celebration.
The original part of the house, the casita, is more traditional with original Andalucian features such as beamed ceilings, white-washed walls and hand painted furnishings. The new and more contemporary half lends a grand, modern aspect to the villa with high ceilings and tiled floors providing a cool, airy feel, while a broad open terrace, ideal for al fresco dining, enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Main House: Ground Floor:
• Inner hall leading to sitting room, with satellite TV and DVD, dining room, kitchen.
First Floor:
• Twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
• Double bedroom with en suite bath room.
• Separate master double bedroom suite, dressing room, en suite bathroom and French doors to private terrace.
Lower Ground Floor:
• Games room.
• Three double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms,leading onto a terrace beyond which is the pool.
Casita:
Ground Floor:
• Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all with en suite bathrooms (one is with shower only).
• Access via courtyard to kitchen and dining area.
