Whilst the house is good for families, there are quite a few steps and terraces where very young children would need to be watched. There is a breakfast terrace to one side of the house and a large dining terrace at the front with views over the countryside and steps down to a lawned area. There is a large pool 15m x 5m with a pergola and covered dining area at one end. The interiors are spacious and elegantly furnished with wood beam ceilings, stone washed walls and brand new bathrooms.

Ground Floor: • Internal courtyard with doors into hallway, well equipped kitchen with door to outside, laundry. • Large sitting room with doors to dining terrace at front and pool terrace to one side, working fireplace, TV. • Large double bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate shower, doors to terrace. • Guest W.C.
