The hotel offers 159 comfortable rooms in four categories according to size and location, inclusive of 47 suites and junior suites. Each room is individually decorated and appointed for comfort.

Outlets Descriptions

Le Restaurant
The Grande Dame of the restaurants at the Palace, people enjoy glamorous nights in this unique setting. Conservative, requires dress code at dinner, maintains international and traditional French cuisine throughout the season. The seating capacity is over 300 covers. Buffet Breakfast with a Harpist entertaining and daily set Dinner served throughout the whole season. (Breakfast in summer is served at Le Relais due to the terrace offering splendid views)

It will also continue to be the venue for classic dinner and dance nights as well as romantic candle light dinners. A special focus is set on the table side preparation service with Gros Pièces, Flambés and Carving.

Nobu @ Badrutt's Palace (only during Winter)
The restaurant consists of one bar area, two dining areas as well as one private function room and a walk in wine cellar. Colourful Belle Epoque interior design - the Relais accommodates small and large parties offering space for up to 120 covers.

The restaurant will be operated by a management team of Nobu (Europe). Nobu at the Badrutt's Palace has become one of the trendiest and hottest dining spots in town, as well as the meeting point for the rich and famous. It is a showpiece for Badrutt's Palace Hotel. The management Team of World famous chef, Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, better known as 'Nobu', has for the last ten years gained renown around the world for Nobu's celebrity packed restaurants, which offer his unique 'new style' cuisine combining traditional Japanese ingredients with Peruvian influences. Legendary dishes such as Tiradito, Black Cod with Miso and New Style Sashimi, amongst others are available on the Nobu A la Carte menu.

Nobu has several successful appearances in the United States, London, Tokyo, Milan and Mykonos, and his management team, Tasos and Nikolas Ioannidis and head chef Mark Edwards will be overseeing the restaurant and food operations at the Badrutt's Palace during the winter months for yet another season.

Renaissance Bar
Renaissance Bar is the cosiest bar in St. Moritz offering classic and innovative cocktails at all times of the day. It is a place for people to see and be seen. Mario the well-known barkeeper is certainly among the attractions. The Renaissance Bar is famous for the best Bellini in St. Moritz! But this is not the only speciality of Mario; he is also attracting many regulars during lunch time where he personally prepares his signature dishes.

Le Grand Hall
The Grand Hall is the hotel's greatest asset in terms of architectural design. The Douglas wooden roof and the views over the lake deliver the best ambience for people to sit and meet or just enjoy caviar and champagne or home made pastries served with the best selection of teas in town. During Peak Season we offer a selection of top wines by the glass. In winter a well known Jazz Duo provides daily entertainment and in summer guests are entertained by a piano player. The Grand Hall is famous for fashion and jewellery exhibitions throughout both seasons. The press calls it the "living room of St. Moritz".

Le Bistro
There is a new destination for superb French cuisine, which opened in Badrutt's Palace Hotel in December 2006. It’s Le Bistro, the cozy new French restaurant. Occupying the former space of Trattoria, Le Bistro is a feast for the eyes and the palate with sleek design from Italian designer Maurizio Argenti and a simple spin on contemporary French Cuisine from Executive Chef Frédéric Breuil. Le Bistro has become one of the village’s “must-dine” winter hot spots.

Acapulco
The Acapulco is open all day until 8pm. Light, healthy and trendy dishes as well as all day breakfast are served for those who spend their day at the swimming pool or at the fitness room. Piped-in music will entertain during the day. The architectural design with the wooden floors reminds of a nautical theme. In the summer months we operate also the garden restaurant with BBQ and the Mexican bar with a wide selection of refreshing cocktails. Revamped with its new furniture, new creamy sun-umbrellas and a lighter design, the terrace invites our guests at good weather. This outlet is children friendly offering special menus.

Chesa Veglia
The Chesa Veglia is the oldest farmhouse of St. Moritz representing the hideaway for the rich and famous and features 3 restaurants and 2 bars.

The Pizzeria for original Italian pizza and Pasta, the Grill room for elegant dining with classic French Cuisine and the Patrizier Stuben for Swiss and International specialties. The two bars within, Pola and Caridgiet Bar are the perfect place for pre dinner drinks and meeting.

These restaurants are among the favourites in St. Moritz. The Chesa Veglia is also famous due to the Club Privé, which is the most exclusive club in St. Moritz, attended only by appointed life time members.

KING'S CLUB
The famous KING'S CLUB provides the ideal seating with 200 covers for stars and starlets to gather. The music is as diverse as the clientele. Guest DJ's and themed nights will rise up the atmosphere. KING'S CLUB knows no curfew, making it the magnetic place of choice when all other lights have gone out. This is it: If you haven't experienced the exhilarating, or numbing decadence of the KING'S CLUB, you haven't experienced St. Moritz nightlife.

The Chef's Table is an additional possibility for guests to book a delicious and unforgettable dinner. Such an occasion enables a look behind the scenes in the busy Palace kitchens, where you can see over 60 meticulous chefs at work.

In the wine cellar we can serve smaller scale dinners or a degustation with our sommelier.
